A class designed to improve recovery outside of heavy and intense training sessions. A mixture of stretches, mobility drills and trigger point work to get you moving and feeling your best.
Myzone match utilises our in club heart rate monitor system to give you a fun, interactive and challenging session. The idea of this class is to raise and lower the intensity of what you are doing to match your heart rate and the zone shown on our big screen as it changes.
