Our signature H.I.I.T class. 30 minutes of fast and furious training designed to burn as many calories as possible in the shortest amount of time.
45 minutes of team challenges in a motivating, friendly and hard working environment. Think tyre flips, battling ropes, farmers walks and bodyweight exercises for points!
A class designed to improve recovery outside of heavy and intense training sessions. A mixture of stretches, mobility drills and trigger point work to get you moving and feeling your best.
Myzone match utilizes our heart rate monitor system to give you a fun, interactive and challenging session. The idea of the session is to raise and lower the intensity of what you are doing to match your heart rate to the zone as it changes.

- Sessions are all 30 minutes in duration except bootcamp which lasts 45 minutes.
