All services see us work closely with you to create a plan that is realistic and driven by what you want to achieve.
Our in house nutrition coaching programme and built in accountability systems will ensure we cover all aspects of your lifestyle and make improvements at a pace which works for you.
A large majority of our coaching is done in the Small Group format. This means upto 4 members working with a coach in the same session. This style of training creates a fantastic environment to learn, make progress and enjoy with like minded people.
Our Small Group Personal Training service is more flexible and a less expensive option than our 1-2-1 coaching. It allows you to make the most of the other parts of your gym membership like our classes. At SPPT, personal training isn’t an alternative to gym membership and group training; it’s all wrapped up together in one effective results-driven package.
